威廉先生曾多次到訪中國，對中國近三十年來所取得的成就和變化深表敬意，對中國試驗(yàn)機(jī)行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)況提出了中肯的意見，會談后，雙方就新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、新設(shè)備項(xiàng)目開發(fā)達(dá)成了合作意向。
